La Sutadi de Mar is the capital city of Sante Spirite and hosts 40% of Sante Spirite's population. Most of the country's ports are located in the city, leading to a large amount of tourism, mostly from other countries in Loquille as well as Ka'aktu Tanunate. It hosts most of the legislative buildings with exception to the Department of Mining, which is located in Nispa Blanxa.
History
La Sutadi de Mar, then known as The Kingdom in the Sea, was the site of the final battle of The Beheadings. The first Viziér, Asteu, chose the city as both a strategic and symbolic move.
