This city was the capital of The Kingdom of Gold and the administrative capital of the southeastern-loquille region in Leviathan Sea Empire before becoming the central city in the Phoenix Empire.

History

The city was originally the central city of the previous The Kingdom of Gold before the transition from The de Arum Family to The de Sélo Family.
