The Nezo-Germanic language family is a language family descended from Proto-Germanic spoken on the eastern islands of the nation of Yigó.
Descendants:
Northern Dialect: This dialect experienced vowel lowering and disappearing of nasals.
Central Dialect: This dialect experienced vowel harmony and smoothing of the rhotic (/ɾ/ > /ɣ/, influenced by the southern dialect). It also changed nasals to voiced plosives in the Great Nasal Shift (m > b, n > d, ŋ (allophonic) > g).
Southern Dialect: This dialect experienced smoothing of the rhotic (/ɾ/ > /ɣ/) and intervocalic voicing.
